SCRATCH BUILT MDF EARLY WAR FRENCH GARAGE Part 1

I blame Lardy Nick who first posted his French garage, followed by the Tactical painter, Smart wargamer and finally the Wargaming Table for convincing me that I too needed one.

I used 3 mm MDF for the construction of the building, the awnings are made from cardbord, the garage door with corrugated paper.

My inspiration for the building choice comes from a fantastic model maker called Emmanuel Nouaillier.

Matches used for the window glass frames.

applied a thin layer of super glue to strengthen the garage door.
Removable roof

upper storey removed

All the detail bits from the spanners to pumps are all scratched built with wire, plastic and odd pieces lying around on my bits box.

Now I have to paint it.
