Beautiful looking figures! I'm not sure what you use to hold your figures in place, but I use a blue tac kind of putty which works great. It appears you do the same with the left over white residue. It works with metal figures as well. Great stuff!
Thank you Christopher, the figures bases are metal and the the large base has a lot of tiny magnets glued on, which holds the figures in place and allows for moving the trays. Cheers
Really nice! What did you use for the miniatures' bases? Did you clip off the plastic base? How do you texture the tray? I struggle with all those things...
Thank you Enzo, I make my own bases out of thin metal sheets with a pair of scissors for the figures and then cut out a larger sheet as the base for all the troops. I secure a lot of tiny magnets onto the base with gorilla glue and once dry I apply a thin layer of terracotta Milliput. Its tedious work and you need to make sure that the milliput is evenly distributed to the height of the tiny magnets.
Fantastic looking figures, well done.
